The Gameplan

Find the one thing that's actually holding your business back. £9.

Stop guessing which problem to solve first. In 10–20 minutes you'll know the one thing that's actually in the way — and the first move to make. Built on twenty years inside businesses like yours.

Does this sound about right?

You get to the end of Friday and it feels like nothing was really achieved this week.

Not because it was a slow week. It was flat out.

That's the part that's frustrating – busy weeks aren't supposed to feel like standing still.

But most of them have, for a while now. Busy. Not growing.

From the outside it all looks fine. Which also makes it lonely because no one else can see it.

So you've started to wonder whether the problem is you.

It isn't you

You work hard and you're good at what you do – winning clients for all these years proves that. Nobody builds a business this far by accident.

Effort was never the problem. If anything you're doing more than you need.

The problem is what happens to your work once it's done.

Too much of it is single-use. The sale pays once. The project teaches the business nothing. The marketing stops the moment you stop pushing.

So every month starts again from near zero. That's the rollercoaster — and it isn't too little effort that causes it.

It's too little that keeps paying off time and time again.

And 'more' won't fix it

More clients. More staff. More hours. You've been round that loop, and it only adds weight.

Which leaves an awkward question. If more isn't the answer, what is – and how would you know which one it is?

A business grows by installing the right things in the right sequence. Wrong sequence is why capable owners stall — effort without movement. The sequence is the product.

This is for owners three years or more in, somewhere between £300k and £1.5m – busy and plateaued, not in a cashflow emergency and not chasing a first client. If that's not you, this won't be either.

The Method

One of twelve barriers is in the way.

Every service business runs on four functions. Each holds three multipliers. At any given moment, one of the twelve is the binding constraint — the thing that, once it's dealt with, releases results everywhere else.

LEAD
Direction → Clarity
  • Model
  • Reputation
  • Ownership
IN
Demand → Sales
  • Offers
  • Audience
  • Mindshare
OUT
Flow → Profit
  • Capacity
  • Throughput
  • Margins
STACK
Build → Moat
  • Systems
  • Assets
  • Cash

What you think is a cause is usually a symptom

Owners almost always point downstream. The cause is usually further up. That isn't a criticism – when your inside, it's hard to see the wood for the trees.

"I need more clients" is usually a Model problem. Fewer clients at a better margin, not more at the same one.
"I need to hire" is usually a model that needs too many clients to begin with.
Capacity is the most commonly named constraint, and the least often the real one.

Order matters as much as choice.

Work a later step before an earlier one and you'll put in real effort for no movement. Months of it. That's the main reason this stage takes most owners years rather than quarters — not the work, the sequence.

Takes 10–20 minutes. Nothing to prepare.

How it works

It's a conversation, not a form.

A short conversation in your browser — one question at a time, following what you actually say. It asks the way someone would who has sat in the room with a few hundred businesses like yours.

The questions aren't the clever part. Good questions are easy. What's underneath them is the twenty years of pattern — knowing which answer to lean on, and hearing the gap between what an owner says is the problem and what actually is.

A couple of them tell you the sort of thing it's listening for:

"Where do your clients actually come from — a deliberate system, or more like weather?"

"If ten qualified clients landed tomorrow, could you deliver them well — or would something break?"

Nothing to prepare. Approximate numbers are fine. The more you give it, the sharper the read.

Then it writes your Gameplan. This is the part worth the £9 — not the questions, what it does with the answers.

Your Multipliable Gameplan

The shape of it. Yours is built entirely from your answers.

1 · What I Can See

The pattern underneath your answers — the structural thing going on, not the symptom. Written specifically enough that it could only be about your business.

2 · The Binding Constraint

One of the twelve, named — with the reasoning laid out from what you said, so you can push back on it rather than just take it.

3 · Three Moves, In Order

Ranked, sequenced, and each with one concrete first step you could take this week. Order included, because order is most of it.

4 · The Gap

An honest note on the distance between having a plan and running one. Not a pitch.

Ten to twenty minutes. Nothing to prepare — approximate numbers are fine. It's yours to keep.

Less than the lunch you grabbed between the two meetings that made this week feel busy. For the one question those meetings never answer: what's actually in the way.

One conversation. One place to start.
One thing to do next.

Here's what you walk away with:

  • The end of guessing. One named constraint — the single thing to work on now — with the reasoning shown, so you can argue with it rather than just take it on trust.
  • A picture of your business you haven't had. The structural pattern under the day-to-day, named without drama and without judgement.
  • Three moves, in order. Each with a first step small enough to start this week. The order matters as much as the moves.
  • A plan you keep. Yours, saved to your account, in about the time a coffee takes.

The framework in practice

Two owners. Two very different wins.

Stuck at around £500k for three years

The reason was hiding in plain sight: every project was built from scratch. Bespoke each time, so the business never got quicker and never learned anything.

We turned it into one repeatable method — still able to flex to different clients, no longer reinvented from nothing. Each project started making the next one easier.

He built from there. Past a million, and in time to £2.5m. He did the work. He just needed to know which lever to pull first.

Her headline wasn't revenue at all

For her it was visibility and control — knowing, for the first time, exactly where things stood and what was coming.

That's what let her take two weeks off, the first in two years, and come back to a business that had picked up where she left it.

But the holiday wasn't the win. The win was the fortnight before it: knowing, while she was away, that nothing was about to go wrong.

Both took months of work. The Gameplan gives you the part they each needed on day one — knowing which lever to pull first.

Strategic Mentors

I've spent two decades inside owner-led service businesses — usually at the point where the owner has built something real and can't work out why it's stopped moving.

The Multipliable Framework is what came out of that. Twelve multipliers, four functions, underpinned by Goldratt's Theory of Constraints. The Gameplan is that framework, made available without you needing to get me on a call first.

  • Built for B2B service businesses — agencies, consultancies, professional practices.
  • For owners three years or more in, roughly £300k to £1.5m.
  • Diagnostic, not motivational. It'll tell you where to start, including when the answer is dull.
And afterwards

There's a door on the other side of the plan.

A plan isn't implementation. Two things stop most owners acting on one: the week takes over, and knowing what to do isn't the same as knowing how.

That's what the Multipliable Install is for. Twelve weeks, working with me directly, where we put the first one or two multipliers in together — one deliberate move a week, about an hour each. It's how the plan becomes the thing that actually changed the business.

You don't need to decide anything now. Start with the Gameplan. If the picture it gives you lands, you'll know where the door is.

FAQ

It runs on an AI model, yes. What makes it different isn't the model — it's what it's been taught to look for, and the order it's been taught to look in.

You could ask a general chatbot the same seven questions. It won't know which of the twelve multipliers to name, why the one you'd name yourself is usually a symptom, or which order the three moves have to go in. That part is the framework, and the framework is the product.

Then you've got confirmation and a sequence for £9, which is a fair outcome.

In practice what people "already knew" is often the symptom rather than the cause — the useful part is usually the reasoning, and the order.

Ten to twenty minutes, depending on how much detail you give. The more you give it, the sharper the plan.

Nothing to prepare beforehand. Approximate revenue figures are fine.

Outside that range some of the questions will land oddly. If you're in a genuine cashflow emergency, this isn't the right tool for today.

No. There's no call to book and nothing to schedule. You buy it, you use it, you keep the plan.

There's a longer programme mentioned at the end of the Gameplan. Ignoring it is a perfectly good outcome, and the plan works the same either way.
